PwC UK FATCA Seminar
15-06-2016
This seminar discussed what United Kingdom FATCA is and what it asks Cayman funds to do.

Also known as UK CDOT (Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories), UK FATCA went live in mid 2014 at

the same time that US FATCA did. Yet many asset managers are not as far along in helping their Cayman

funds comply with UK FATCA as this regulatory regime’s reporting due date of early July 2016.

This seminar also addressed how UK FATCA interacts with the Caymans’ implementation of the global

version of FATCA known as the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) or Automatic Exchange of Information.

We would like to thank Angelica Kwan of PwC for hosting and speaking for us at this event.
