Israel Day at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited
Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited ("HKEX"), the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, PwC, Meitav Dash and Weinstock Zecler & Co jointly present a half-day event at the HKEX Exchange Auditorium on 18 May 2017 to discuss Hong Kong's pivotal role as the premier international listing and venture capital fund raising gateway in Asia for Israeli enterprises.

Israel has one of the largest pool of startup companies globally, second only to the US. Since 2000, the US capital markets have been the key public financing route for Israeli companies. However, we recently have been witnessing increasingly active communications and fund flows between Israeli companies and the Hong Kong investor community as Israeli companies look eastward for Asian partnerships and collaborations. On 17 March 2017, HKEX released a country guide on Israel reflecting nascent Israeli company interest to list and raise funds in Hong Kong.
