Mr. Stephen Tang is the Head of Private Capital Investment Management of Huatai International where he manages its Private Credit and Greater Bay Area Fund business. Stephen has been in financial service industry for over 20 years, and prior to joining Huatai, Stephen was a partner and chief financial officer of a private equity fund Lunar Capital, and a director with Deloitte where he focused on private equity and M&A transactions in the PRC and Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Tang received a Master Degree of Commerce in Advanced Finance and Bachelor Degree of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. He is a Chartered Accountant of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
