He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his MBA degree from the University of Chicago. Mr. Fok is native of Hong Kong. He is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
